This is a fat blasting workout that is quick, effective and will sculpt a nice, rounded and perky booty. You will need no equipment for this 30 minute HIIT that will leave you sweating, gasping for breath and crying for your legs. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training which has been proved to boost your metabolism for up to 48 hours after working out. That's the power of giving all you've got for a short period of time, resting and repeating again. This workout consists of 5 supersets that will specially target your butt and thighs, which is perfect to get sculpted legs without looking bulky. [1st SUPERSET] 50:30:05 Repeat 5 times • 3 sumo squat pulses to a heel click (50 sec) • Sumo burpees (30 sec) [2nd SUPERSET] 50:30:05 Repeat 6 times total, 3 times in each leg • Reverse lunge hop to a pistol squat (50 sec) • Jumping lunges (30 sec) [3rd SUPERSET] (use loop bands if you have them for extra butt activation!) 50:30:05 Repeat 5 times • Typewritters (50 sec) • Out in jump squats (30 sec) [4th SUPERSET] 40:30:05 x6 • Lunge pulses (40 sec) • Lunge touchdown kicks (30 sec) [Burnout set] 30:30 x6 • Runners lunge toe taps • Curtsy to regular plank lunge So that's it, a fat blasting workout that will leave your legs burning and help build that booty.
