Well, some egghead scientist created a device known as the "Cyclotrode", a portable machine which he built to intercept intercontinental thermonuclear missiles, but which conveniently works on pretty much *any* electronic device. The dastardly Crimson Ghost, a brilliant scientist in his own right, wants to steal it so he can rule the world! Or so he can commit more crimes! Or so he can sell it to a "foreign power" (AKA: the USSR). Or all of those options as his full intentions aren't really made clear. Well, the big CG has his hands full with super-scientist-detective hero guy Duncan Richards and his firecracker assistant Diana Farnsworth! Will the Crimson Ghost get away with his nefarious schemes?
