Citizens For Justice's video: City Council Considering Defunding Columbia Police Department: Mike Trapp Interview

@City Council Considering Defunding Columbia Police Department: Mike Trapp Interview
City Manager John Glascock is conducting a cost analysis to "defund" parts of the Columbia Missouri Police Department. The funds would be diverted to a health department program centered around an unarmed crisis and mental health response team. This comes from 2nd Ward Councilman Mike Trapp, who spoke with CFJ while attending a June 9th George Floyd/Black Lives Matter protest on the University of Missouri campus. Trapp also talked about his quest to end "pretext" traffic stops, as a way to close the increasing racial disparity in traffic stops conducted by CPD. https://www.facebook.com/cfjcomo/
