My current Telehealth work is designing a safe, efficient and cost-effective “Virtual Home Care and Remote Monitoring” service design to empower patients with chronic illnesses to manage them at home efficiently and safely. Chronic Diseases such as Heart, Lung, and kidney conditions, also Diabetes, Obesity, and cancer are increasing alarmingly. Hospitalization for such conditions burdens the patients and the family for both the costs and time.
