With a powerful voice and an exciting mix of styles, vocalist Sangin’ Sara describes herself as a “hybrid artist.” Her music reflects both her classical training and her love of gospel, rock, R&B, jazz and show tunes. We’re thrilled to welcome her to The Next Stage for an evening of original music and classic songs. An alumna of Dartmouth College, Sara has been singing since age 2. She’s currently an international touring background singer for 12-time Grammy-nominated artist Ledisi, serves as the background vocal director for Dave Hollister, and sings with many other esteemed artists, such as Ms. Anita Wilson, N’dambi and Rahsaan Patterson.
