Mohammed Naseeruddin @ Gunna Naseer, S/o Mohammed Vaseeruddin, age 65 Years, occ: Business R/o Bibi X road, Bhavani Nagar, Hyderabad # 9885247866. A-3]. Siddiq Bin Mahmood S/o Mahmood Bin Ahmed, age 24 years, occ: Fitness Trainee R/o H.No-18-7-306/153/1, Arhan Nagar, Yakathpura, Hyderabad # 7097554433. A-4]. Mohd Safiuddin S/o Mohammed Fasi Uddin, age 24 years, occ: Gunna Juice Business R/o H.No-18-7-206/10, Bibi Nagar, Moghalpira, Hyderabad Brief Facts of the case : The accused Mohammed Naseeruddin @ Gunna Naseer is a habituated offender for gaming, threatening and extortion of money from the petty vendors in and around the Charminar Monument, claiming himself as a leader and having blessings of Political leaders. Earlier he has involved in 18 cases at PS Bhavani Nagar including extortion cases (List Enclosed) he is having Rowdy sheet in PS Bhavani Nagar up to the year 2018. That on 08-02-2021 at about 05.30PM there was a quarrel took place between Abdullah Bin Mohammad @ Choush who sales ladies hand bags at Charminar and Mohammed Majid is also small vendor for Towels and Bags regarding their space and it leads to scuffling. On which A1-AbdullahBin Mohammed called A2 - Mohammed Naseeruddin @ Gunna Naseer who came with other accused, and assaulted with Iron Rods and caused savior fracture injuries to the victim Mhd. Majid and also his brother Mohd. Naheed by demanding Haftha/Mamool. On the complaint of Mohd. Naveed a case in Cr.No: 18/2021 U/s: 307, 386 r/w 34 IPC and the accused were arrested, since the accused created panic among the innocent petty vendors in order to commit extortion by the way of Haftha/Mamool from them. (The accused A1, A3 and A4 were arrested on 10-02-2021 and were produced before the Court) POLICE APPEAL TO THE PETTY VENDORS/PUBLIC: Please do not believe the rumors spread through any persons/social media, that some unsocial elements collecting Hafta/Mamool at Charminar.
