Without going into whether Bill Cosby is guilty or not, we have to take a look at the timing of it all. Allegations and Accusations could have been made many years ago, allowing police to be able to act on them. Now, besides destroying Cosby and the exchange of money, nothing else will change the facts. Plus, some of the victim stories are not consistent with what constitutes a sexual assault.
