It is real and it exists in the body. It comes from an imbalance in body, mind, and spirit. This class offers stress relief and relaxation through yoga's coolest exercises. This is what you can expect: - A gentle lower back massage - Simple inversions - Sheetali pranayama (breathing through the tongue), - A deep relaxation I practice this routine and end up feeling calm and rested. I recommend it if you work at home, or if you can get some privacy at your place of work. And, of course, it is a great class to do before going to bed.
