Clotheslinemedia's video: R Kelly Acquitted On All Charges

http://www.clmnews.com/ In Breaking News today, an Illinois Jury found R & B singer R. Kelly not guilty on all charges related to his child pornography case. The verdict was handed less than one day after deliberations began. The 41 Year Old Grammy winner was facing up to 15 years in prison if convicted. The prosecution hung it's case on star witness Lisa Van Allen. On June 2nd Van Allen testified that she then 18 participated in multiple 3 way sex acts with the alleged victim, who was then 13. Van Allen tearfully told the jury that she herself was videotaped having sex with R. Kelly and that the victim then 13 was also videotaped along with her during 3 way sex. The prosecution followed up Van Allen's testimony by playing the now infamous R. Kelly sex tape to the Jury of 9 Men and 3 Women. The defense countered by claiming that the man in the video did not bear the large distinctive mole that is displayed prominently on the singer's back. The defense also called relatives of the victim who testified under oath that the girl in the video was not the victim. This also following the victim's own admission that she had never been videotaped having sex with R. Kelly. This ends a 6 year long process in a case many thought would never be prosecuted. R. Kelly was noticeably jovial as he left the court room today as he was escorted by his lawyers and a team of security. No word yet on whether or not the singer plans any civil action.
