Cluster B & Me's video: Don t Take a Narcissist To Therapy - Doesn t Help They Will Use The Platform To Further Abuse You

Sorry the video cuts out suddenly! But the jest of it is covered -- don't take a narcissist or cluster b personality disordered person to couples therapy; it doesn't help them, it won't help you, and they will use the platform to firer abuse you, manipulate you, and get an additional flying monkey against you (the therapist!) After seeing seeing RavensNewLife video on why not to take a narc to couples therapy, it reminded me of why I also believe the same thing -- because it's true!!! I never recommend to any of my clients that they go to therapy with their girlfriend boyfriend, husband or wife, if their partner has or possibly has a Cluster B PD. If you are in a relationship with a narcissist / sociopath / psychopath / borderline, and you are having issues and considering couples counseling, I recommend skipping the couples therapy and instead ending the relationship and getting yourself therapy and coaching, and reinvesting in yourself :).
