There are just as many female narcissists as male narcissists, but they express differently in women then in men, where men are more aggressive, more directly malignant, and therefore more obvious. However, female narcissists can be just as destructive to their partners and to their female friends and family members. The 4 main types of female narcissists are: the Somatic Narcissist, the Antisocial Sociopath Con artist Narcissist, the Covert wolf in sheets clothing normal appearing girl Narcissist, and the Borderline histrionic clingy Narcissist.
