He went to the famous Dr. Tatt Off to get his red tattoo removed from his neck. The laser does not pick up on light bright colors. So the MAD SCIENTIST went to work to find a formula that would work. I took some theories and some suggestions I found and put them together and........ WELL.... WATCH AND SEE.. This process took about the same amount of treatments as laser.
