Codarts Rotterdam's video: Learning in-between - An interview with RASL Student Gabija Bubnyte

Meet Gabija Bubnyte. Gabija participated in the RASL minor in the academic year 2020-2021. In this video, she tells about her experience of the minor. The RASL minor is driven by societal urgency. In this minor, students from different backgrounds across the arts and sciences work together on transdisciplinary research projects in order to address a self-chosen societal issue. We chose to title this video 'Learning in-between', because the minor provided Gabija an in-between space, where disciplinary borders faded and made room for new ways of learning. With the RASL minor, we aim to explore the possibilities of this so-called in-between space. This short video is part of a series of interviews that make audible the voices of everyone involved in the RASL minor. The video series was made on the occasion of RASL’s nomination for the Dutch Higher Education Premium (Nederlandse Hoger Onderwijs Premie). Stay tuned to hear more of these stories.
