Cole Lam's video: When He Asked If I Could Play By Ear - Emotional Intelligence Cole Lam

I was out at the St Pancras public piano and a guy came and asked if I could play Emotional Intelligence. If you don't know it, it's a piano composition by @camdenmusique who you will have seen on this channel as well where Camden plays piano and also has a great voice. So, I don't really know it, and my dad could not work out if I could play it by ear or not! (Neo-)Classical music usually is not a great thing to do as play by ear, but it can be done! Had to improvise around it, as St Pancras is noisy and I could not just sit there and listen to all of it. So, took the intro, played it by ear, and then built on the theme. It's also what I like doing as well, putting a bit of myself in the music I play.
