The equipment version of this workout requires a jump rope and a pair of dumbbells, but there’s a bodyweight version as well, so anyone can participate! "Macho Taco" ⁣ 5 Rounds of 3:00 Work / 1:00 Rest:⁣ 60 Double-Unders⁣ 20 Jumping Lunges⁣ Max Rounds of Dumbbell "Macho Man" in time remaining⁣ ⁣ Double Dumbbell "Macho Man”:⁣ 3 Power Cleans⁣ 3 Front Squats⁣ 3 Jerks **I used 70lb dumbbells, but would recommend most athletes do this at or below 50lbs for males and 35lbs for females.
