The University of South Carolina's School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management hosts hospitality and tourism industry forums to discuss issues, ideas and strategies for dealing with COVID-19. Each event focuses on a different industry sector and includes a panel of professionals who are on the front lines of today's business challenges. This panel event was held Oct. 7, 2020 and focuses on the food and beverage industry.
