I Can't Believe These Are Budget Colored Pencils Under $30.00. SJ Star-Joy 72 are the Diamonds of the budget pencil world. They feel just like Polychromos both in color intensity and quality. I bought these just because I had not heard of them and they had a good rating. I wasn't expecting much more than the usual pencils found among the budget friendly sets. Much to my shock these pencils are amazing. The look and feel like professional high quality pencils, but they are under $30.00. They are sold by only one vendor so like the square pencils I bought, you got to act fast. This is the Amazon Link to the one vendor who sells them. Please don't be angry if they sell out.
