Description: From June-Aug 2015 we travelled from Lakewood, CO to Alaska and back; 6000 miles+ by road and another 1800+ miles by the Alaska Maritime Highway Ferry Service. We encountered a severe thunderstorm during that portion of our travel from Lethbridge to Fort Macleod, Alberta, Canada, captured via our Dashcam and hand-held camcorder. I've extracted this 20-minute segment from the 50-minute video I've cobbled together from Day 5 (12 June 2015) of our trip segment from Great Falls, MT to Calgary, Canada. The cloud formations seen along the way were fascinating...and created a pucker factor of 8 out of 10 as we tried to keep the Tahoe and 25' trailer in tow on the road!
