We broke camp at Calgary West, Alberta, Canada at 08:00 hrs. on the morning of the 13th of June 2015 and headed towards AB-1W and the Icefield Parkway (Hwy 93). We would experience during the next 9.5 hours (6:50 actual travel time) covering 328 miles some of the most beautiful scenery to be had on the face of the earth! The Canadian Rockies are not a sight to be missed! This segment of our travels brought us through Banff, Lake Louise, the Athabasca Glacier (part of the Columbia Icefield), Jasper, and finally to our end-of-day destination, Irvin's RV Park & Campground located in Valemount, BC, Canada.
