I use to let that get to me. The excuse was "I don't have anyone to help me shoot" or "who will edit this video" or the biggest one "how will I pay for production of just one video". If you do not have one - no worries. Use a pan that can transfer into the oven. Easy cleanup Brown Chicken Remove after brown and add onions and peppers. Add chicken back and season with salt & pepper. and other seasonings of choice Pour uncooked rice over chicken. Add whatever liquid you are using to deglaze the pan water. Cook according to Instapot or if you are baking in the oven, cover and bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
