1 abacaxi grande 1 xícara de açucar(cozinhar em fogo médio até reduzir) Creme: 2 leite condensado 395g 400ml de leite 2 colheres de amído de milho( misture todos na panela e depois leve ao fogo e cozinhe até soltar do fundo da panela. Em seguida adicione o abacaxi cozido no creme. Por ultimo depois de frio adicione uma xícara de chantilly batido ou uma caixinha de creme de leite(opcional). Pronto só recheiar o bolo.
