Claire Carlson presents “Improving UX through Customer Experience Mapping” at ConveyUX 2014 in Seattle -- Mapping the customer experience before designing the user experience makes products better. Blink was recently hired to redesign a real estate portal for a Brazilian company called Zap, Imóveis. Designing for an unfamiliar culture left us with a lot to learn, which prompted us to think more broadly about the real estate industry in Brazil as a whole. During this session, Claire will explore the ways that understanding a brand’s context within a customer’s environment reveals tremendous opportunity for improving individual user experiences.
