Cook With Jake and Joy's video: Our FAVORITE Sandwich ever the L A T O Always Gluten Free Vegan

We are so excited as this week we are bring you our favorite recipe, the L.A.T.O.! There are so many ways that you can create this to be your own like adding pickles like Jake. The best part is we are using our own FRESH produce right off our aeroponic towers that we’ve been growing with since 2011. You will need the following to recreate the yumminess! ::Ingredients:: -Gluten Free Bread (we used sourdough) -Vegenaise -Mustard -Tomato -Avocado -Romaine Lettuce -Red Onion -Dill Pickle -Salt and Pepper to taste ::Directions:: 1. Toast your choice of bread to your liking 2. Thinly slice up the tomato and onions and set aside 3. Apply a thin layer of vegenaise and mustard on both pieces of bread 4. Take avocado and apply to one slice, then gentle smash so that it is evenly spread out 5. Season avocado to taste 6. Then place red onion on top of avocado 7. Add pickles on top of onions 8. Add tomatoes and top with salt 9. Top with lettuce and add your other piece of bread 10. Cut to your liking or just eat as is! We hope you enjoy this family favorite and customize to your liking!
