With Easter only a few days away, we wanted to share this Quick & Easy Easter Brunch Idea: Spinach Provençal 🐰
With Fresh Spinach from our aeroponic garden + classic Provençal flavors = the perfect Easter Brunch Dish!
Watch as we whip up this delicious and healthy recipe that’s sure to impress your family and friends.
For this recipe, you will need:
-2 lbs spinach
-1 head cauliflower
-1 large onion chopped
-4 cloves garlic minced
-Miyokos butter
-Just Egg (3 servings)
-Faux Parmesan
::Directions::
1. Sauté onion and garlic in Miyokos
2. Add cauliflower in small pieces. When soft, add torn spinach. Cool and add Just Egg and Parmesan, salt and pepper
3. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
4. Optional: Top with tomatoes
