What would a Season of Jake and Joy be without us making our favorite energy bites with a superfood blend that we’ve been using for the past 27 years.
These bites are perfect for a snack on the go for your kids or when you are craving something sweet!
For this recipe, you will need:
-1 serving of Vanilla Complete (message us and we will send you the link)
-2 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
-1 cup Gluten Free Old Fashion Oats
-1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
-2 tbsp Nut Butter
-1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
-2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
-Water as needed
::Directions::
1. Add Complete, Oats, Cinnamon, Sugar, Peanut Butter, Maple Syrup and Vanilla to bowl and blend together.
2. Add water as needed
3. Roll into balls and enjoy now or add to the fridge to allow to harden. For a snack for later, put in the freezer for a great dessert!
