Spring is here and it's time to lighten up our meals with fresh and healthy ingredients! Whether you're craving something light and refreshing or filling and satisfying, we've got you covered.
This week we have our latest recipe, Savory Ginger + Green Onion Crepes. Packed with flavor and nutrition with wholesome ingredients, they're so versatile - you can enjoy them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
For this recipe you will need:
-2/3 cups of Chickpea Flour
-2/3 cups of Buckwheat Flour
-2 Green Onions (finely chopped)
-2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
-1 tsp Chili Powder
-1 inch root of Fresh Ginger (peeled and finely grated)
-1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
-1 1/2 cups Filtered Water
-Canola Oil Spray for the pan
::Directions::
1. Pre-heat over to 275 degrees and place a baking sheet to warp up
2. In a bow, mix all dry ingredients together
3. Add in onion and ginger and mix again
4. Slowly add in water and whisk well
5. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes
6. Heat up a skillet at medium high and then laddle 1/3 cup onto the pan and move the pan to create a circular shape
7. Allow the edges to get dry and then flip
8. Once made, place on the baking sheet in the over to keep warm
