What would a season of Cook with Jake and Joy be without a recipe including g-bombs which are foods with the most scientific evidence to prevent cancer conducted by Dr Joel Fuhrman. You wanna know more right?
G-BOMBS stand for Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries, and Seeds. We like to call it G-BOMBSA as we love to add in avocado! This is a really simple recipe where nothing needs to be cooked and just assembled!
You will need for the salad:
-Greens Lettuce (romaine, butterhead, spinach, kale)
-Avocado
-White Beans or any bean you prefer
-Green Onions
-Pecans or any nut you prefer
-Tomatoes
-Garlic
-Sauteed Mushrooms
-Blueberries
-Hemp Hearts
For the Dressing:
-Lemon
-Olive Oil
-Salt and Pepper if needed
::Directions::
1. Add you greens to a big mixing bowl
2. Add beans, avocado, berries, tomatoes, garlic, pecans, green onions, mushrooms, and top with hemp hearts.
3. Add lemon, olive oil and then toss everything together
