Cook With Jake and Joy's video: Wicked Kitchen Gluten Free Vegan Mushroom Pita YUM

This season we really wanted to bring you different recipes that we haven’t tried before and this is another quick and easy meal you can have put together in less than 10 minutes! Little time and effort for such a delicious and nutritious pita! You will need: ::Ingredients:: -Wicked Kitchen Mushroom Shreds (we found these at our local Sprouts) -Gluten Free Pitas (we used BFree Brand) -Onion -Carrots -Tomato -Lettuce -Red Cabbage -Avocado -Sauce of choice ::Directions:: -Take pita and cut in half and add to toaster oven to warm -Add in mushroom shreds and top with your favorite sauce (you can heat up the shreds if you’d like) -Add in remaining chopped veggies and top with avocado -Enjoy!
