Sourdough starter recipe: https://youtu.be/n1_TyjeaJdM I used the Buttery Sourdough Buns Recipe from King Arthur Flour: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/buttery-sourdough-buns-recipe Stuffed Sourdough Breakfast Rolls stuffing: 10 - 12 oz ground sausage 3 - 4 green onions, chopped 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper 8 oz Cabot Chipotle Cheddar Cheese, grated Feel free to add these ingredient ideas: peppers, onions, jalapeno's, Sriracha sauce, chestnuts, etc Tip: to bake to a golden brown, apply an egg wash just before baking.
