How to make JAPANESE CHICKEN QUESADILLAS - Cooking with Chef Dai A quesadilla is a heated tortilla with melted cheese inside.  I've including some less than traditional fillings to put a Japanese twist on this classic Mexican dish. I don't simply add Japanese ingredients for the sake of adding ingredients to call it "Japanese".The ingredients must harmonise with one another and ultimately the dish must taste great. Believe me when I tell you, this is one of my favourite recipes.  The rice has a wonderful "mochi" chewy texture. The Chicken teriyaki, cheese and mayonnaise work so well together. The sweet sauce is balanced out wonderfully with the creamy mayonnaise and savoury cheese. This would make a perfect evening meal for the family, perhaps served with a side salad or even a lunch box meal for the kids. Thanks for watching!!!!!
