Cooking with Girija's video: Bharwa Masala Stuffed Veggie Masala

Bharwa Masala Aromatic Indian spice mix for stuffed vegetables. Once we grind and store for at least a month in refrigerator. Whenever you want to make stuffed vegetables just take it out from fridge mix some lime juice or dry mango powder and stuff this masala in veggies shallow fry them. INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup peanut 1/2 cup coriander seeds 10 dry Red chillies 8-10 garlic pods 4 tbs grated dry coconut 1 tsp fenugreek seeds 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp asafoetida METHOD: Dry roast all spices except mango powder. Cool down completely. Grind into a coarse powder. Store in a glass container. It last for a month if refrigerated. You can use this masala powder for making delicious stuffed vegetables. Take out some masala powder add lemon juice or dry mango powder. Add  some fresh coriander leaves and grated onion. Mix all together. Stuff this mixture in any veggies like parval, tinda, Karela, bhindi, Tamatar,shimla mirch, torai.
