Ingredients: 1 piece chicken breast 3 tbs curd 1 tsp lemon juice 1tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp kasuri methi 1tsp mustard oil 2 tbs butter Salt as per taste Method : For marination: Mix all the ingredients except butter . Clean chicken breast and cut . Coat chicken breast with paste . Heat a pan add butter. Place chicken breast on pAn. Grill chicken breast on low flame.
