Ingredients: 200 g butter (softened) 1 egg 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 2 cups raspberries (frozen are easier to work with) 1/2 - 1 cup white chocolate (broken into small pieces) Bake at 180C for 35 - 40 mins, until the top is golden brown, and the middle should be nice and soft.
