If you've been wanting to know what is cooler corn? Or what to know how to make cooler corn, but are afraid to make a large batch on your first attempt then try this first. Get a smaller BPA-free cooler and add a half dozen or so ears of corn, a half stick of butter and some salt. Dump enough boiling water over to cover, close the lid and wait about 35-45 minutes and you have perfectly cooked corn on the cob. This makes it hassle free while you prep and cook the rest of your dinner.
