I love bacon and I love bacon smoked on the Traeger pellet grill even more. After smoking this bacon I assembled my sandwich with Miracle Whip, Gouda and Ghost Pepper cheese, Black Forest Ham, bacon, and my prized "Pineapple" heirloom tomato. The rye bread was toasted nicely and this sandwich was complete. Yummy!
