Welcome to the Introduction to a series of tutorial videos showing how to crochet the Meditation Mandala, designed and presented by Kathryn of Crafternoon Treats. A crochet mandala is worked in the round, using different colours to create a flower-like circle. It looks complicated but is actually very easy to do. In this series of tutorials, I show you how to crochet each round, step by step and stitch by stitch. If you have any questions, please add them in a comment below the relevant video and I will try to answer them as soon as I can. The Meditation Mandala is a meditation with concentration the first time you make it. You can then relax into your second mandala and enjoy the stitches and colour variations and let your mind take flight as you work. The rhythm of crocheting in a circle is an excellent way to stop negative thoughts swirling around your head, and give you a sense of achievement and peace.
