I asked if KC had an infrastructure and got a lot of responses. The unfortunate thing is that for black people and people who enjoy black culture, there are wolves looking to take advantage! This is not the first (or last) time this has happened and it's long overdue that we take our power back and own our culture! The Garment House, just outside Kansas City's downtown entertainment district, recently came under fire for allegations that they want to discriminate against black people.
