One of the most common questions we get asked is how to I measure a room to get an accurate cost estimate? We have 3 ways. The first way is to simply have a tape measure and to measure the Length, then the width of the room, being careful to write them down on a piece of paper, as irregular areas, landings, alcoves and other "extra" areas are common in many rooms. Secondly, the next method is heel to toe, on both the length and the width and recording how many steps you take on each side of the room.
