How do the 16 Personality Types (aka 16 Personalities) make up your favorite Parks and Rec characters? Let’s start with Leslie Knope. ESFJ - The Consul Leslie is the Consul. She’s a cheerleader, supporting her friends in all of their endeavors. She loves organizing social gatherings and making sure everyone is happy - all the time. Deep down, her moral compass points towards standard traditions and laws, and she takes her responsibility very seriously as she does her part to honor authority and be a role model for her community. And, even though she seems a little different than Leslie, Donna is probably also an ESFJ. INFJ - The Advocate Leslie’s best friend? That’s Ann Perkins. Ann approaches life with a deep thoughtfulness and imagination. Her inner vision, personal values and quiet perspective helps her take a very humanistic view on life. As a nurse and advocate, she likes nothing more than creating solutions to help people change their lives. ESTP - The Entrepreneur Ann eventually falls for Chris Traeger. Chris is energetic and action-oriented, perhaps more so than anyone else on TV, and like Ann, he loves encouraging others to pursue difficult opportunities in life. Chris' perceptive, unfiltered view of life helps him make the small, noticeable changes to live an extraordinary life. INTJ - The Architect Chris arrives in Season 2 with his INTJ counterpart, Ben Wyatt. Ben and Leslie end up together, even though Ben is introverted and Leslie is extroverted. Ben’s personality is that of a thoughtful tactician who loves perfecting the details of life, applying creative solutions and rationality to everything he does.
