Usually women are women because they have a vagina. Transsexual woman suffer from gender dysphoria and are women because they seek medical assistance to have their genitalia transformed into a vagina, thus curing the dysphoria. My heart goes out to all those who are unable to obtain gender reassignment surgery. This is my opinion. This doesn't close my mind to other ideas and I'll always respect the difference of opinions of others. The gender evolution is underway and who knows how this will change society.
