⭐️ Plank Variation - Elbow the elbow trunk rotation in a plank is going to to be TOUGH! This is working core stability while simultaneously targeting thoracic spine rotation, obliques, and spine mobility.
⭐️ Ball Stability Core Rotation - One of Coach Zach Favorites. Bring rotational power to your core with this movement and add one of the many different variations.
⭐️ Plate Chop - Be Athletic! Use the full body in unison, nice and slow on the eccentrics, fast and proper breathing on the way up.
