Coach Zach Zenios is at it again! This bodyweight only follow along workout is yoga inspired. Zach is a certified yoga teacher and incorporates lots of terrific movements from his passion for yoga in this bodyweight only routine.
Some of these exercises are more beginner level while others are certainly more advanced. Do your best to stick with Zach as he coaches you through how to do each exercise correctly. At first, you may be unable to do it exactly right or for as many reps... but stick with it.
15 Minute Bodyweight Home Workout

12-15 Reps Each Exercise
5-10s Rest Between Exercises
*30s Rest Between Rounds - Advanced
*60s Rest Between Rounds - Beginner / Intermediate
Moving your own bodyweight well is a great place to be... so many of us focus on external weights and weight machines which is great too... but there's nothing quite like being a pro at controlling your body movements and moving with strength, power, mobility and flexibility.
