You'll hear a lot of haters say that its not necessary train strictly arms, or it's not beneficial to have a dedicated workout for arms.
DO NOT listen to these people!
Combining biceps and triceps training is that it can help to improve overall arm strength and size. By training both muscle groups in the same session, you can ensure that both are being targeted equally and that they are both receiving an adequate amount of stimulation to promote muscle growth.
It's also an easier, more enjoyable workout for many. On days where you can't find the energy levels to train one of the larger, harder muscle groups like legs, or chest. Hitting arms will always be the better option compared to staying home or skipping completely.
