6 Moves Total, Tabata Style, 3 Rounds, Supersets
Work:Rest - 20/10, 1 min rest between rounds
Renegade Rows - bodyweight
Full Burpee - bodyweight
DB Squat - Curl - Press
DB Chest Fly
DB Snatch
Tilt and Lift - bodyweight
