In today's video the amazing Becky Fox leads you in a light dumbbell workout you can do at home with just a pair of dumbbells... even better this workout targets the upper and lower body.
If you're looking for a fun, beginner level workout, this is a great routine to do. Remember, begin with weights that are best for you and over time you can make small increases. The key is consistency and eventually you can progress to more challenging workouts on our channel.
Aim for 12 reps per exercise and try to do 4 rounds. The rest can be up to you but try to keep under 60 secs to keep your heart rate up!
