Some of these exercises are more beginner level while others are certainly more advanced. Do your best to keep up with Tash as he coaches you through how to do each exercise correctly. At first, you may be unable to do it exactly right or for as many reps... but stick with it.
Moving your own bodyweight well is a great place to be... so many of us focus on external weights and weight machines which is great too... but there's nothing quite like being a pro at controlling your body movements and moving with strength, power, mobility and flexibility.
