Hyperledger Ecosystem Marta Piekarska is the new Director of Ecosystem at Hyperledger. Previously Marta was the Security Architect at Blockstream and before that the Lead Architect collaboration on the Future of Mobile Privacy between Mozilla and Deutsche Telekom improving the Firefox OS. Hyperledger launched in 2016 and is an open source community focused on developing a suite of stable frameworks, tools and libraries for enterprise grade blockchain deployments and is a global collaboration hosted by The Linux Foundation that includes leaders in finance, banking, Internet of Things, supply chains, manufacturing and Technology. The developers behind Hyperledger believes that the world in coming years is going to share more and more data. The data sharing would need platforms which are a mix of security, privacy and trust. Hyperledger wishes to build an architecture which would be modular as well as interoperable and wishes to keep on evolving and this would help individuals as well as industries to adopt distributed ledger to meet their specific requirements. It serves as a neutral home for various distributed ledger frameworks including Hyperledger Fabric, Sawtooth, Indy, as well as tools like Hyperledger Caliper and libraries like Hyperledger Ursa.
