We used some metal flake transparent powder coating with a chameleon additive on top of a chrome powder layer to achieve the result! The chameleon additive was mixed in to give the blueish-purplish effect and it changes according to the angle of viewing and the lighting. The result is a very resistant coating and on top it can be paint brushed for additional graphics.
