World Naked Bike Ride London (WNBR) 2011 - A Rider's View This collection of some 140 clips gives a rider's eye view of the World Naked Bike Ride in London UK on 11th June 2011. This year the count was 900 riders. Big crowds enjoyed the carnival atmosphere of WNBR! It was the same day as the Trooping of the Colour for the Queen's birthday and also of the Slutwalk London protest, which we rode past at Trafalgar Square. Other famous locations featured include Hyde Park, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Whitehall, 10 Downing Street, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the London Eye, Waterloo Bridge, Fleet St, St Paul's Cathedral and Buckingham Palace. The video has been extensively edited to avoid displaying explicitly any inappropriate body parts, but you will get the impression that there were a lot of naked bike riders. Do not watch if you find the sight of human beings offends you. And I apologise for the harsh cuts and missing clips where I haven't been able to include them in order to follow YouTube's rules. It's a long video because there's a lot to see. Watch out for the opening transition, the Slutwalk girl that squeals in delight, the hen parties, and the overwhelming fun and appreciation that this event brings to many thousand spectators. WNBR is a world-wide campaign, with a number of linked themes. Its objectives are: - Protest against the global dependency on oil - Curb car culture - Obtain real rights for cyclists - Demonstrate the vulnerability of cyclists on city streets - Celebrate body freedom
