An honest account of what I eat in a day! I'm sure you'll all wondering what I've been eating in a day, this is a typical day for me, eating a lot of my simple, go-to meals! There are also some great ideas for you to create. I just love simple meals, I don't like to spend a long time cooking usually during the week when I'm a little busier. For breakfast, I had watermelon as a quick post-workout snack/ breakfast part 1 and then I ate my favourite, chocolate oatmeal with peanut butter on top! For dinner, I had rice, with chickpeas and vegetables. All of the recipes are super simple and anyone with those simple ingredients and a stovetop or rice cooker could make these.
